Ravi the Raviator
Ravi is a pilot and motivational speaker who is bringing renewed passion to the aviation industry. Concerned that the perception of aviation is in decline, he inspires pilots and aviation professionals to re-connect with their dream through educational and motivational events. Ravi is sponsored by Sennheiser to give info-taining talks about developing the passion for flying and the importance of hearing protection.

Henshaw Challenge
In May 2009, Chalkie Stobbart shattered the long-standing aviation record for light aircraft solo flight from Cape Town to London and back, using a GP 4 non-type certified (homebuilt) light aircraft.
Chalkie Stobbart an airline captain with South African Airways (SAA), broke the old record of 4 days 10 hours 16 min set in 1939 with a new world record of 3 days 15 hours 17 min!
Chalkie was using his Sennheiser HMEC 460 for maximum comfort and protection from the constant noise of his aircraft during his whole flight.
Webster Trophy Award
The John C. Webster Memorial Trophy Competition was established in 1932 by the late Dr. J. C. Webster of Shediac, New Brunswick, who wished to perpetuate the memory of his son, John. The Webster Memorial Trophy Competition is an annual event committed to declaring the "Top Amateur Pilot in Canada".

Civil Air Patrol
Sennheiser supports the Florida Wing of Civil Air Patrol (FL CAP) with donations of a range of aviation headsets valued at approximately $20,000. The headsets, which will be put into rotation by FL CAP's flight familiarization program, will be used by more than 1,800 cadets pursuing careers in aviation and distributed to Civil Air Patrol squadrons throughout Florida.
Canadian Air Cadet League
The aims of the Air Cadet Movement are to develop in youth, between the ages of 12-18, the attributes of good citizenship and leadership, to promote physical fitness, and to stimulate the interest of youth in the aviation and aerospace industry, including the air element of the Canadian Forces.
